Hi everyone! It's Amanda with Fitness Blender and I am so excited to announce our newest program, FB Shift. This 6-week program is all about small, intentional shifts—in both training and mindset—that can bring predictability, effectiveness, and even enjoyment back into your workouts. It’s designed for anyone who wants to reframe their approach to training, and it can even help those of you navigating the ups and downs of hormonal changes during perimenopause or menopause. Each week you will see a blend of strength training, Pilates and core, a little bit of HIIT, and don’t worry we have also included active recovery, mobility, and rest. All you’ll need is a mat and some light to moderately heavy weights. And the best part? This isn’t a rigid prescription.
