This discussion explores how the shift in the job market encourages education systems to prioritize critical thinking, creativity, and complex problem-solving. While AI can assist in some areas of assessment, it struggles with capturing the nuances of good writing, persuasive communication, and emotional intelligence. Ultimately, while AI will enhance efficiency in routine tasks, human judgment and creativity will continue to be essential, particularly in areas requiring nuanced decision-making and contextual insight.
