From eating disorder to elite athlete: Sandra Bradley’s power story
Sandra Bradley is considered Germany’s strongest woman — and her journey is just as powerful as her lifts. She has won multiple national and international titles and set world records in strength sports. But her path to becoming a top athlete began with a personal crisis: In her youth, she struggled with an eating disorder. Strength training helped her regain control over her body and mind. Today, Bradley trains in Nuremberg and prepares for international competitions such as the Jan Todd Games, part of the Scottish Highland Games. She also works as a personal trainer and health coach, supporting women in building physical and mental resilience.
This video follows Sandra Bradley’s path from personal recovery to athletic success — and her efforts to inspire a new generation of strongwomen.
