Péter Magyar told supporters "I'm not here to get rich and I'm not here to rule forever", setting a new tone for Hungarian politics after his landslide election win - ousting Viktor Orbán after 16 years in power.
Magyar said he would no longer oppose the EU's €90 billion loan to Ukraine and described Russia as a "security risk" to both Hungary and Europe.
