Incredible Field Car Find. Surprises from Living in A Ghost Town. Lot 32
I have been so curious about these two vehicles out in the field for years now, so it was time to finally go take a look. These are located on private property, so you can not go look at them! The older of the two is a Ford from the 1920s. It is either a Model A, a Model T or a Model TT, but I believe it is a Model TT. The bulk of the truck was made out of wood, and after sitting in that field for nearly a century, it has seen its fair share of deterioration. Never the less, there is enough left to start to identify, and theres plenty left to let the imagination run wild. I can only imagine what it must have been like to drive a truck like this back in the day. It must have completely changed someones life.
The Crosley is a bit newer, but just as fascinating. Prior to this find, I had never even heard of a Crosley automobile, but here it has been, all of these years. I was amazed by the size of this little car, and I just wish vehicles like this were available today. Small, efficient, affordable and practical, what more could a person ask for in a car.
