President Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney had a light-hearted exchange into a live microphone Monday after Trump completed his speech on Gaza to world leaders. "I'm glad you upgraded me to 'president,'" Carney told Trump, who had given shout-outs to many visiting leaders during his remarks. Trump grinned and replied: "At least I didn't say governor!"
