Conservative Leader Kemi Badenoch says, if elected, her party would commit to spend half of any money saved by government cuts on paying down the national debt.

She made the promise in her closing speech to the party's conference in Manchester.
Earlier in the conference she set out plans to leave the European Convention on Human Rights and deport 150,000 people a year.
She said Britain was stagnating.
