Charlie Kirk's widow, Erika, remembered her husband during a speech in the Rose Garden on Tuesday, on what would have been his 32nd birthday.
"President Trump, I have spent seven and a half years trying to find the perfect birthday gift for Charlie, and it's so difficult," Erika Kirk said as he posthumously received the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
