Military veterans outraged over Trump's comments on Nato troops

Military veterans and politicians have voiced their outrage after Donald Trump claimed Nato troops had stayed "a little bit off the front lines" in Afghanistan.
Defence minister Al Carns, who served five tours in Afghanistan, said the comments were "utterly ridiculous".
