Brendan better known online as Boulderbro, thought he had spotted a small rock sticking out of the ground in his yard. Wanting to clean up the eyesore, he decided to dig it out. What he didn’t realize was that the "rock" was actually a massive 10,300-pound boulder, and removing it would take far more time and effort than expected.
After about a week of digging he knew he would never be able to remove the boulder on his own, and called in a team of professionals. With the help of a crane and heavy-duty straps, they carefully lifted the enormous boulder from the hole and moved it across the yard to its final resting place in the corner of the front yard.
Once it was in place, Brendan gave it a proper cleaning with a pressure washer, transforming it from a backyard burden into a front yard feature.
