What's up, guys? It's Patrice from FitnessBlender.com, and I'm so excited to launch my brand new 5-Day Challenge, Build a Booty. We'll be training for five days straight using just dumbbells, an optional band, and your own body weight. https://gofb.info/BuildaBooty
We'll have three glute-focused lower body days and incorporate some upper body, some core, and cardio conditioning in between. You can expect some volume, some heavy lifting, some hypertrophy, and some endurance.
The workouts are roughly between 30 and 40 minutes — perfect if you're short on time. If you've ever participated in any of FB's lower body, booty-centric programs, this will be right up your alley.
