Case of accused paedophile throws outside-school-hours care sector into spotlight | 7.30

Last week another case emerged of an alleged sex offender working with kids.
What's different about this story is that the incidents are alleged to have taken place at out-of-school-hours centres, a part of the sector that is less regulated than long daycare.
