Healthy oatmeal cookies don't get any better than this! They're filled with cinnamon raisin goodness and have that perfect soft bite. Plus, they're a cinch to make.
I'll admit, oatmeal cookies (especially gluten-free ones) can be a bit tricky. But after futzing around with different ingredients ratios, I'm happy to report that I CAN'T STOP EATING these! They're perfectly cinnamon spiced, dotted with sweet raisins, and have that soft and chewy texture we all look for in an oatmeal raisin cookie. So if you're looking for the perfect fall or winter cookie that's a bit healthier than my Christmas no-bake cookies (though you know I'm all about appropriate splurging!), these healthy oatmeal cookies are where it's at.

00:00 Intro: Healthy Oatmeal Cookies
00:22 Mix the wet ingredients together.
00:46 In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
01:06 Pour wet into dry and stir until combined (no lumps)
01:20 Add your favorite mix-ins (raisins, dried fruit, or chocolate chips)
01:36 Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten.
