Citroen eC3 is the electric version of the new generation French supermini. When first EVs hit the market their high price and limited range discouraged prospective buyers. However we were promised that after a period of high prices and large batteries in luxury models, time will come for the cheap EVs for the people. The time is now. Sort of. And the wind of change arrived not from Germany, but from France.
In the fall of 2022, Citroen presented the Oli concept model - a play on words - O-L-I but also All-E as in all electric. A year later, Citroen launched the fourth generation of the C3 city car. Perhaps it doesn’t look as revolutionary as the Oli concept, but it’s good enough for a budget supermini.
