Grey's Anatomy Season 22 Premiere KILLS OFF Character

On the season 22 premiere of 'Grey's Anatomy,' Dr. Monica Beltran (Natalie Morales) died following the explosion that rocked the hospital in the season 21 finale. Showrunner Meg Marinis explained to 'Deadline' that, while she didn't want to kill anyone off, it became evident that this was where the story was heading. 'Grey's Anatomy' airs Thursdays on ABC.
