Video to video in Runway is so fun. Then adding lip syncing with Act One (also in Runway) takes it to a whole new level.
Upload a source video then describe any style you want and it will reskin that video while keeping all the elements and motions intact.
For lip syncing, just upload the audio then it will add lip syncing to the existing video tracking the motion of the character.
The possibilities for creativity with this are endless
