The goal? Smart strength programming that includes just enough structure to keep you progressing, with room for variety and recovery along the way.
Here’s what to expect:
·5 training days per week
·Optional Day 6 for yoga, cardio, or recovery
·Upper/lower strength splits in Weeks 1–2
·Total body focus in Weeks 3–4
·Most workouts are 30–45 minutes.
·Core, mobility, and cardio are included throughout
