Nurses partially win transgender tribunal case

A group of nurses has won a partial tribunal victory after complaining about a transgender colleague using the same changing room.
A judge found that County Durham and Darlington NHS Trust violated their dignity and said the nurses were effectively subjected to harassment by not having their concerns taken seriously.
The Trust said it wanted to consider the full 134-page judgement before commenting further.
