SLOMW's Mayci Neeley Cries Over Son Saving Her From Suicide After His Dad's Death (Exclusive)
'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star Mayci Neeley opens up to ET's Deidre Behar about her heartbreaking memoir, 'Told You So,' out Oct. 7. In the book, Mayci recalls surviving an abusive relationship during college, where she was drugged, raped and lost her virginity. After escaping that traumatizing relationship, Mayci details her 'fun and goofy' romance with Arik Mack, and getting pregnant with their baby when she was just 19. Mayci explains what it was like to discover her teenage pregnancy, and how she grieved Arik's death when he tragically died in a car accident when their son was just 13 weeks in utero. The reality star cries as she says she experienced suicidal ideation, and credits their son, Hudson, who's now 10, for saving her life. Now happily married to Jacob Neeley, Mayci praises her husband for stepping up as a father figure to Hudson when he was just an infant. They've since welcomed two daughters together, Harlow and Charli, and they plan to try for a fourth child.
