In a lot of schools, students are spending less time outside as academic demands continue to grow but researchers say that unstructured playtime isn’t just fun, it may be more important to their success than we realize. Now new efforts are underway to make sure kids get more recess time.  NBC’s Kate Snow reports for TODAY.
