Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicole Smith's one-time boyfriend and father of her daughter, Dannielynn, speaks out exclusively to ET's Kevin Frazier one day after first-look photos were released from the upcoming biopic, 'Trust Me, I'm a Doctor.' Larry slams the film, which centers around Anna's relationship with her her former physician, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, and the media firestorm that followed when he was implicated in the events surrounding her death. Dr. Kapoor was ultimately acquitted of all charges. Kal Penn stars as Kapoor in the film (set for release on Oct. 16), while Abbie Cornish is Anna. Larry insists he doesn't condone the film and has no involvement in it, reiterating he and his daughter 'absolutely object' to it. The photographer explains why he's so against the film, and the fact Dr. Kapoor is revisiting Anna's story nearly 20 years after her death. Larry also gives an update on Dannielynn, who's now 19 and a college student.
