Shocking new video shows the chaos at an anti-ICE protest when a teen rioter was caught on camera throwing a heavy object at cops, striking one in the helmet before the teen was arrested in March. The newly-released video put out by the Los Angeles Police Department showed the actions of a 17-year-old teen from Perris, California, on the night of an immigration protest in Central LA before he was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
