Kids With Autism Embrace Inclusive Sailing Camp

Spectrum Sailing is a free summer camp for kids on the autism spectrum that helps them with life lessons, staying calm during unexpected changes all while being out on the water. The program was founded by lifelong sailor Scott Herman after he faced dozens of rejections from camps that couldn’t accommodate his autistic son Daniel. NBC’s Gadi Schwartz reports in this week’s Sunday Spotlight.
