Widow of man killed in George Washington Bridge road-rage shooting speaks out

Patricia Irvine spoke publicly for the first time after her husband, Koran Irvine, was fatally shot during an alleged road-rage incident on the George Washington Bridge in New York. Retired NYPD detective Victor Romero was charged with manslaughter and released on $1 million bail.
