The new Bugatti Tourbillon promises to be seminal, as it combines a 1000hp naturally aspirated V16 with a triple-motor 800hp hybrid system. That hybrid system is the enabler, allowing the unique 8.3-litre V16 engine to exist, and… wow! What a noise!
