Monster: How Ella Beatty Prepared for Really Different Take on Lizzie Borden Tale (Exclusive)

'Monster' star Ella Beatty tells ET's Denny Directo how she prepared to take on the role of infamous murderer Lizzie Borden for the latest season of Ryan Murphy's anthology series, streaming Sept. 17 on Netflix. Ella reveals how Chloë Sevigny inspired her portrayal, and explains why she didn't seek advice from her famous parents, Annette Bening and Warren Beatty, before heading to set. Ella also gushes about working alongside co-stars Rebecca Hall, Charlie Hunnam and Vicky Krieps, and reveals why she cried while watching the completed show for the first time.
