Lawsuit seeks to block President Trump's proposed 250-Foot arch

Three Vietnam-era veterans are asking a federal judge to block construction of President Trump’s proposed 250-foot arch, arguing it requires congressional approval. The administration says a 1925 law authorizes the project, with construction potentially starting Nov. 5.
