Fox News parted ways with Maria Bartiromo after more than 12 years at the network, and now we're learning why. According to a 'Status' report, the broadcast veteran betrayed Fox by leaking network secrets to the Trump administration, which is an alleged violation of her employment contract. However, Maria's attorney, Bryan Freedman, tells ET, reports of Maria's firing are 'irresponsible' and 'unequivocally false,' despite Fox's announcement of her departure on Thursday. Freedman says Maria has 'receipts and witnesses' to back up the claims.
