Tunnel to Towers Foundation chairman and CEO, Frank Siller, joins TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie to remember his brother, Stephen, who raced on foot through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to respond to the attacks on the World Trade Center on Sept. 11 and gave his life to save others. Siller also honors the heroic first responders and victims who died.
