Professional Surfer Arran Strong, 28, Presumed Dead After Going Missing at Sea

Arran Strong, a professional surfer from Great Britain, is presumed dead after going missing off the coast of Portugal. According to the BBC, the 28-year-old surfer disappeared while paddle boarding with his coach, who told local news outlets, Arran forgot his safety cable after stopping for a break along their journey down the coast.
