Tropical Storm Bertha moves toward Gulf Coast

Millions of Americans are facing threatening weather conditions. Flash flood warnings have been reported in North Carolina and Virginia after tornadoes were reported across five states on Tuesday and Tropical Storm Bertha continues moving toward the Gulf Coast.
