Noah built his own tiny house 6 years ago, which he still lives in, and then he began building tiny homes for a living. His latest build is a variation of his Tantalus model, and it was custom built to be site specific, with windows to maximize where the views will be. It measures 26' long, 10' wide and approx. 300 square feet including the loft.
There's a bright living room with massive windows to bring in natural light, a spacious kitchen with loads of counterspace and storage, a dining counter with two stools overlooking a window, as well as an extra bank of drawers for additional storage. The bathroom has a large vanity, tiled shower and flush toilet, as well as space for a washer and dryer.
Up a gentle set of stairs, there is a loft with a Queen sized bed, a built in closet and dresser, a seasonal storage cabinet, and the best part is the drop loft floor that allows you to get in and out of bed without a ladder.
