Treasury allows individual stocks in Trump accounts, raising legal questions

The Treasury Department has automatically enrolled 60 million children on Oct. 1 in Trump accounts, the Trump administration announced Wednesday. The White House says it is also allowing individual stocks to be donated to the accounts, a change that could face legal challenges.
