Celine Dion Takes a Tumble During Paris Residency

Celine Dion took a tumble at her comeback concert series in Paris on Wednesday. The icon, who was wearing heels, fell hard on stage after bouncing on one foot, but she got back up quickly, while giving a thumbs-up to the audience. The moment was especially alarming for fans because the residency, which runs through Oct. 17, marks Celine's first run of regular performances since being diagnosed with stiff person syndrome four years ago.
