A pair of lovebirds tied the knot at City Hall Thursday as the chaos and madness of the Knicks’ historic ticker-tape parade swirled around them.
Jillian and Andrew Solomon embraced the Knicks-sanity of their special day, which they initially had hoped to keep as a “very lowkey celebration.”
