Hugo Andreae takes the brand-new Williams TurboJet MX range out on the water for a full sea trial. Designed to replace the outgoing MiniJet 280, the new MX series delivers lighter, cheaper, and more accessible performance without sacrificing signature Williams build quality.
Hugo tests the raw acceleration and ultra-responsive manoeuvrability of both models, pushing the 90hp MX320 up to terrifyingly fun speeds of over 70 km/h (45+ mph). He also walks through the practicalities of both tenders, from jockey seat layouts and removable steering wheels to engine bay access, storage lockers, and learner-mode throttle keys.
