Fifteen years after Pooh, Tigger, and Rabbit are captured and turned into attractions for the sinister Woozles Circus, orphaned teenager Momo Milne begins searching for her missing mother. Behind the bright lights and carnival magic, they discover a nightmare: the circus hides monstrous half-human creatures, violent secrets, and a trail of missing victims.
