What is this strange planet that looks like a small Saturn? It has oceans and landmasses, and it sits right in the habitable zone. Is this the exciting new discovery everyone's been waiting for? A rocky exoplanet in a near-by galaxy that has the potential to be new home for humanity?
The answer is stranger than you imagine. It’s actually a planet you’re very familiar with. It’s even in our own Solar System, and it’s a lot closer than you think. If you started at the Sun and counted planets outward, it would be 1, 2, 3. That’s right, this is Earth! It's already our home. You probably don’t recognize it because this is Earth 466 million years ago, and it has rings?
Today, we're sending Chase back in time, to the very birth of the Solar System, to find out what happened back when Earth had rings. Because these rings weren't just pretty decorations, they hid a terrible secret, and they were as deadly as they were beautiful. So where did they come from, and where did they go? And what made them so dangerous?
