DoorDash to acquire Instacart in $17 billion deal

DoorDash announced Thursday it officially plans to acquire Instacart in a $17 billion deal. DoorDash says the deal could allow customers who belong to both services to pay one membership fee and give Instacart customers access to 50,000 more stores.
