I currently work as an IT expert and business analyst, and I also take on responsibilities as a TCS consultant. Over the past few years, I have gained close to five years of experience in the IT industry. In the early days of my career, transitioning into the IT field was challenging, and I had to work hard to adapt and build the required skills. Within a year, I was able to overcome those initial struggles and become more confident in my role.
Alongside my full-time work, I also collaborate as a freelancer with a product management factory because I am keen to move toward a more product-oriented career path. My goal has always been to grow beyond traditional service roles and develop a deeper understanding of how products are built, managed, and delivered to customers.
While working as a business analyst, I realized that I wanted to move one step ahead in my career and transition toward product management. Many professionals around me were continuing in the same role for years, but I wanted to develop a broader perspective and understand the product side of the business.
My learning experience with Simplilearn was very positive, especially because of the flexibility the program offered. As a working professional, it can be difficult to dedicate time during weekdays, so the weekend classes made it much easier to balance learning with work.
The instructors were very supportive and committed to teaching us despite their own busy schedules. The sessions helped me expand my thinking beyond a single perspective. Earlier, my work was mostly limited to internal team interactions, but through the program I learned how to approach problems from multiple dimensions—especially by understanding customer pain points and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
