2 (5.29-ounce) cans tuna
3 scallions, sliced
3 tablespoons seasoned seaweed snack
3 tablespoons kewpie mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sriracha
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
1. Place the cooked rice, tuna, scallions, seasoned seaweed, mayo, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Stir together using a spatula until all the components are combined. Adjust the seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Using your hands, mold the rice mixture into a ball, and serve with extra Kewpie USA!
