When Anuttacon set out to build "Whispers from the Star," they weren't building a typical game. They were creating something the industry had never seen: an AI-driven interactive experience where players talk to Stella, a stranded astronaut surviving alone in space, and every conversation changes her emotional state, facial expressions, and story in real time.
To deliver this vision at global scale, Anuttacon needed infrastructure that could handle real-time rendering, AI inference, and game streaming without compromise. They chose AWS. High-performance GPU-based Amazon EC2 instances became the backbone of the experience, powering cinematic-quality graphics and responsive AI—frame by frame, word by word.
On August 15, 2025, the game launched worldwide. On day one, demand surged to over hundreds of concurrent GPU instances. The infrastructure held. Zero downtime. Gamers responded with an 86% positive rating.
Behind the scenes, AWS provided more than compute. As the first customer worldwide to onboard AWS Unified Operations premium support, Anuttacon received around-the-clock coverage from Technical Account Managers and Support Engineering Specialists spanning 6 global sites and 5 technical domains to deliver seamless customer experience from pre-launch, launch to post-launch. Anuttacon is now adopting Amazon Bedrock to accelerate how they build, deploy, and operate AI agents, moving faster from prototype to production.
