The 23-year-old reality star, who lives with Tourette's syndrome, claps back at any naysayers who accuse her of faking or embellishing her tics. Baylen also shares an update on a device that may help control her tics. Then, Baylen opens up about using a GLP-1 to help with weight loss. Though she's not tracking her progress, she says she's noticed an improvement in her confidence and how she feels. Baylen's three seasons into her TV journey and reveals how long she sees herself sharing her life with fans, and if she'll let her future kids appear on the show.
