Canada will not share toll revenue from the new $4.7 billion bridge linking Windsor, Ontario, and Detroit, Michigan, until it has recovered its initial investment, Prime Minister Mark Carney said. The bridge was largely financed by Canada, and Carney said toll proceeds will first be used to repay those costs before any revenue-sharing arrangement with the United States is considered.
