Bodycam footage shows British police handcuffing dying teen Henry Nowak after killer Vickrum Digwa falsely accused him of racism following a stabbing with a ceremonial Sikh knife. Digwa was later convicted of murder and sentenced to a minimum of 21 years in prison.
