I'll teach you 3 communication frameworks to master conversations ?️
Most people struggle in high-stakes conversations because they're only thinking about how do they win in this situation not how do I help the other person feel like they are winning as well. The goal of a high-stakes conversation or a negotiation, whether it's salary negotiation or whether it's a difficult meeting with a client, is not to create a win-lose situation. It's to create a win-win situation. And in this video I want to share with you how to best think about this, how to plan before a conversation, which is called the pre-game, and then how to actually navigate the conversation when it happens, which is called game time. I hope you enjoy this one.
