Dolly Parton's Sister Stella Breaks Silence on Death, How She Wants Fans to Honor Her

Dolly Parton's younger sister, Stella Parton, breaks her silence on the country icon's death. Stella pays tribute to Dolly, calling her one of the most kind, thoughtful and generous people she'd ever known. Then, Stella shares how she thinks fans can best honor Dolly's legacy. Dolly died on Aug. 25 after a brief battle with cancer. She was 80 years old.
