Ukraine’s Starlink Restored as Elon Musk Acknowledges Disruption

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says the Starlink satellite internet service, crucial to his country’s war-effort against Russia, is operating at full speed again. Elon Musk, whose company SpaceX runs Starlink, acknowledged his company slowed it down over claims that Ukraine violated the terms of service by using it for offensive drone strikes.
