Celine Dion opens up in 'Harper's Bazaar's Global 2026 Icons issue, on newsstands on Aug. 25. The singer reflects on the debilitating effects of living with stiff-person syndrome and her desire to return to the stage. The 58-year-old reveals the rare autoimmune disorder left her in so much pain that she could sometimes barely walk and required high doses of anti-anxiety medication just to function. However, she now has a greater appreciation for the demands that come with fame and her relationship with fans. Celine returns to the stage for her Paris residency beginning Sept. 12.
