Authorities said the suspect fled a traffic stop, crashed into another vehicle, and continued driving after a passenger exited with a 1-year-old child. The suspect later abandoned the vehicle with a 4-year-old still inside and attempted to flee on foot before being taken into custody. Both children were evaluated and found unharmed. The suspect faces multiple charges, including aggravated fleeing and eluding, child neglect, leaving the scene of a crash, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
